Ingredients
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 1–2 tsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit (to taste)
- Pinch of salt
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add lemon juice, sweetener, and a pinch of salt to a glass. Stir well.
- Pour in cold water and mix.
- Add heavy cream and stir gently until the drink looks lightly cloudy/creamy.
- Add ice cubes. Taste and adjust lemon or sweetness if needed.
Tips
- That tiny pinch of salt makes the lemon flavor “pop” (it won’t taste salty).
- For extra chill: use sparkling water instead of still water (optional).
- If you prefer less creamy: use 1–2 tsp cream instead of 1 tbsp.
